04/23/12 (Dear Diary)
Today was a successful day. I ate good and went to the gym also. My goal is to workout x6 this week and to stay with 1200 calories a day. I have so many cute outfits I want to wear but my stomach and arms need massive work. I wont give up because in no time it will be just the way that I want it.
